What's included in your child's tuition

Food Philosophy
At Little Ark Daycare, we believe that good nutrition is essential for your child’s well-being and development. That’s why we include wholesome, thoughtfully prepared meals as part of our tuition. However, we completely understand if you prefer to provide your child’s own food, and we’re happy to accommodate!
As moms ourselves (and proud “scrunchy” ones at that!), we are passionate about offering foods that support healthy growth and happy tummies. We would never serve your child anything we wouldn’t feed our own. Our meals prioritize organic ingredients whenever possible, with minimal additives and absolutely no artificial dyes to keep things as natural as can be. (Fun fact: we’re huge fans of the Yuka app for checking ingredient lists!) We firmly believe that a healthy gut plays a big role in how children feel and behave, and we’re committed to nourishing them with care.
If you’d like to opt out of our meal program, just let us know! We’ll work with you to discuss options that best suit your child’s needs. Your family’s preferences are our priority!

Play/Education
At Little Ark Daycare, we believe that every child is unique and learns at their own pace. Our educational approach is tailored to meet each child where they are in their learning journey, with age-appropriate activities designed to spark curiosity and foster growth.
We incorporate daily storytime, tapping into the rich resources of the Benbrook Library to ensure a diverse and endless supply of books to inspire a love for learning. Whether your child is exploring colors, mastering the months of the year, or diving into more advanced concepts, our Montessori-inspired, play-based education encourages creativity and discovery in a supportive environment.
Recognizing that no two children learn the same way, we are committed to accommodating each child’s individual needs. We are dedicated to work closely with families to ensure every child feels confident and celebrated as they progress on their unique learning path.

Safety
At Little Ark Daycare, your child’s safety is always our top priority. We’ve taken every step to create a secure environment where children can learn and grow with confidence.
Our emergency plans were personally reviewed during a walkthrough with Benbrook Fire Chief Rossing, giving us valuable feedback and confirmation of our preparedness. In addition, we’ve completed training in emergency planning and safe medication dispensing to ensure we’re ready for a wide range of situations.
We are also certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid, equipping us to respond quickly and effectively should an emergency arise. Parents can feel at ease knowing their little ones are cared for in a setting that is both nurturing and safety-focused every single day.
